Need changes in tooltips css

this tooltips have a black as background color and white as text color. i want to change in css as a result it should look like white as background color including arrow and black as text color. so guide me what to change in css as a result this tooltips looks same in all the browser. i want the tooltips should look like http://i.stack.imgur.com/2jUN4.png
so please go to this link and tell me what i need to change in css as a result this tooltips will look like the image in all the browser.
