Do not show tip if title/custom attribute is undefined.

Cool plugin, although I have one suggestion / feature request.

If the title attribute or desired attribute is undefined, don't show the tip.

I setup tiptip to go against all links and links without a title attribute still got an empty tip.

My fix was on line 59, when checking if the title != "" but to also check if undefined.

    Thanks for the heads up on where to look. I was able to fix it by changing line 59 to

            if(org_title == ""){
                $("#tiptip_holder").style("display", "none");
                $("#tiptip_content").style("display", "none");
                $("#tiptip_arrow").style("display", "none");
            } else {
