    $query = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM fhagnt WHERE FIRST LIKE '%$input%'");

    while ($row = mysql_fetch_assoc($query)) {
        $json = array();
        $json['name'] = $row['FIRST'].' '.$row['LAST'];
        $data[] = $json;
    }
    header("Content-type: application/json");
    echo json_encode($data);

    It's difficult to understand your posts because you have not formatted correctly your messages.

    From the automated emails I've recieved I understand you call the autosuggest plugin three times and a " is missing from the meta tag.
