Russian letter 'б' and angle bracket '<' behave like comma ','

Hi,

on Russian keyboards letters 'б', '<' and ',' share one key. As result, it's impossible to enter a tag that contains 'б' or '<' - the script considers them as ',' and breaks the tag. While '<' may be rare in tags, a letter 'б' is quite common which makes it impossible to use AutoSuggest on Russian websites. Probably with other languages it's the same problem.
